This one didn't work out for me. Went with 8-9Y as always and it fits as expected. The pink bled a little in the first wash. Loose threads everywhere after the first wash. Ended up returning it.

Good enough for everyday wear. True to size, 12-13Y fits me perfectly. The 100% viscose rayon is okay, a little thinner than I hoped. The pink is a touch duller in daylight.
